Cinnamon Crisps Cookies

125 g Wheat flour

50 g Rolled Oats (Oat Flakes)

75 g Brown Sugar

½ sent the Baking Soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

75 g Butter or Margarine

1 tablespoon Golden Syrup

1 tablespoon Milk

1. Put the flour, oats and sugar into a bowl, sift and add the baking soda and cinnamon then stir until smooth.

2. Put the butter (margarine), golden syrup and milk into a pan then put it on top until everything melts.

3. Add it to the first mixture, stir with a mixer until soft and even.

4. Take a little dough and make a circle like a ball, put it on a baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper or baking paper then press it to make a thin circle.

5. Put it in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 oC for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool before removing.

 

This recipe can produce 25 pcs.
